Summary of Federal Contractor Annual Compliance Reports
Happy New Year! Kairos Services Inc. is delighted to have you as a valued customer for another year. As we step into 2025, we want to remind you of the annual reporting requirements for federal contractors:
- AAP (Affirmative Action Program):
- Due annually on your AAP expiration date, as indicated on the cover page of each AAP.
- EEO-1 Reports:
- Historically due by March 31. Kairos will continue to monitor the EEOC’s website for updates and inform you when the deadline for the 2024 filing is published.
- California Pay Data:
- (Updated 1/15/25) If applicable, these are due by May 14, 2025. The reporting portal will open February 3, 2025. Kairos will continue to monitor the California Civil Rights Division website and inform you when updates are published.
- OFCCP Contractor Portal:
- Annual certification of AAPs is required by June 29. Additional information is available on the DOL website.
- VETS-4212 Reports:
- Submission deadline is September 30. Updates can be found on the VETS Contractor Reporting website.
- Additional State/Municipal Reporting:
- Various states and municipalities have pay or affirmative action reporting requirements. Contact us if you have questions or require assistance.
