Management Team
Kairos Services has a history of strong longstanding partnerships with our clients. Our goal is to work with HR managers and specialists to maximize compliance in their Affirmative Action Programs.

Beyond workforce compliance, I study the effects of globalization on economic and political influencers, including governments and international institutions, and how they shape the regulations that impact business activity. This global perspective allows me to help organizations anticipate regulatory shifts, mitigate risk, and adapt their workforce strategies accordingly.
As Vice President at Kairos, I lead teams in developing and implementing comprehensive workplace compliance programs, ensuring organizations not only meet statutory and regulatory obligations but also strengthen compliant hiring practices. I also train HR and compliance professionals, helping them adapt to evolving EEO and workforce regulations with confidence.
Drawing from my military background as a Special Operations leader in the 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to problem-solving. After multiple combat deployments in Afghanistan and Iraq, where I earned two field promotions and several commendations, I transitioned into workforce compliance – leveraging leadership, risk management, and policy expertise to help organizations navigate regulatory challenges.
In a world where workforce policy, geopolitics, and employment regulations are more interconnected than ever, I help businesses stay compliant, mitigate risk, and build workplaces that thrive.

At Kairos Services, I specialize in guiding companies through federal and state-level nondiscrimination and pay reporting requirements. My expertise spans affirmative action planning, EEO-1 and VETS-4212 filings, and complex state-specific regulations including those required by the New Jersey Equal Pay Act, California Pay Data Reporting, Illinois Equal Pay Registration Certificate, Minnesota Equal Pay Certificate, and Massachusetts Pay Reporting.
With a background in operations and goal-focused execution, I bring a structured, proactive approach to compliance that balances business needs with regulatory obligations. I work closely with HR, legal, and compliance teams to ensure data is accurate, submissions are on time, and companies are prepared for audit scrutiny—without losing sight of operational efficiency or strategic objectives.
My approach is rooted in clarity, consistency, and collaboration. I help clients not just meet today’s requirements, but build scalable processes for tomorrow’s expectations.
In a regulatory landscape that shifts quickly, I make sure your compliance doesn’t fall behind.

At Kairos Services, I partner with companies to design and implement compliant, audit-ready affirmative action programs—grounded in the letter of the law, backed by data, and tailored to each organization’s structure and risk profile. My focus is on measurable, defensible compliance under Title VII, Section 503, and VEVRAA, with a special emphasis on availability analysis, disparity testing, and job group structuring that aligns with both enforcement agency expectations and real-world business operations.
Before joining the private sector, I served as a Compliance Officer with the U.S. Department of Labor’s OFCCP, where I conducted compliance evaluations, interviewed stakeholders, and assessed statistical disparities across complex workforce data. That experience gave me a first-hand view into how enforcement decisions are made—and now, I use that insight to help clients avoid costly missteps and proactively prepare for audits.
Whether you’re a federal contractor looking to strengthen your AAP, assess compensation equity, or respond to an enforcement agency audits and investigations, I bring both strategic consulting skills and former agency insight to every engagement.
