OFCCP Contractor Portal Certification: April 1 – July 1, 2024
The OFCCP Contractor Portal opens April 1, 2024. You must certify compliance no later than the date in the chart below that corresponds to your AAP start date. Do not miss the deadline—certification is crucial to avoid potential complications, including increased risk of audit.
When Should I Certify?
Contractors with April 1 plans will be required this year to complete their 2024-2025 AAPs prior to July 1, 2024. Contractors with AAPs that expire May 1 through July 1 are encouraged to certify before the expiration of their current 2023-2024 plans (see image below).

Update the Following When Certifying
- Update your FTE Headcount: Specify the number of employees found in each AAP. The total number of employees per plan can be found on each AAP’s Job Group Summary page. This step is completed on the My Company portion of the portal.
- Enter your AAP Coverage Period: Specify your plan cycle, such as January 1, April 1, etc.
- Save screenshots of your certification for recordkeeping
- Screenshot 1: My Company Page –headquarters and locations with updated contact person and headcount
- Screenshot 2: Manage Establishments or Functional/Business Units Page with locations showing “Certified” or “Closed.
Timeline for New Contractors
If you recently became a federal contractor based on new contracts, you have 120 days to develop your AAP and then you have 90 more days to register and certify for the first time – regardless of the dates above.
Navigating the Certification Process
To guide you through the certification process, the OFCCP created an updated pre-recorded webinar on March 13, 2024. This valuable resource demonstrates how you can enter your establishment and/or functional/business unit’s AAP start date and certify compliance through the Contractor Portal.
