UPDATE – OFCCP Contractor Portal Registration

Per our previous communications, the OFCCP officially opened registration for the Contractor Portal today. At this time federal contractors can create a Login.gov account and register their company on the OFCCP Contractor portal, verifying and/or updating whether their information is correct. If not already in your calendar, please take note of the following dates.

  • February 1 – March 31, 2022: Portal registration window
  • March 31 – June 30, 2022: Certification must be completed

Registration is the first step in this process and needs to be completed by March 31. Kairos encourages you to wait a couple of days to register and make changes/updates to your records. Waiting will allow OFCCP to work through issues, post new FAQ and provide videos.

To register for the OFCCP Contractor Portal:
Please note – OFCCP has indicated videos walk-throughs on using the Contractor Portal will be posted soon. Kairos will keep you posted.

  1. Contractors must first create a Login.gov account using an email and a secure password for entry into the portal.
  2. With that account, you will then create an account on OFCCP’s portal with your Employer Identification Number (EIN) and EEO-1 Headquarter/Company Number and Establishment/Unit Number. By default, the first person who registers for your company will be the administrator of the account, with the ability change information, assign users, etc. It is important this individual be a representative from the home/parent company.

3. Review the establishments pre-populated from the 2018 EEO-1 report. Companies will have the ability to add/change establishments. A request must be made directly to the OFCCP to remove a location.

4. The certification button on the Contractor Portal will not be live until March 31.
