On Thursday, March 4, the U.S. Census Bureau released updates to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Tabulation that are now available for download. The updates include changes to the American Community Survey (ACS) from 2014-2018 data, used to calculate availability to compare against incumbency and set goals.
Kairos has reviewed changes to the new data which includes a number of code combinations which has reduced the total number of existing codes by nearly 50%. In the meantime, rest easy knowing that no changes are immediately required, and your current year goals are valid and can remain in place.
Kairos will release a more detailed review of this data in the coming week for your viewing pleasure.
