UPDATE EEO-1 Report
The EEOC has issued an additional extension on filing the 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 reports. The online portal will now remain open until October 25, 2021.
- You can find the online filing system at: EEOCdata.org/eeo1.
- Companies that experienced a merger/acquisition/spinoff during 2019 or 2020 no longer have to reach out to the Filer Support Team Help Desk. You can view the instructions for entering reports online.
- The data upload method of filing includes a review period by the EEOC before you can see your uploaded reports. You will receive an email from the EEOC if the data upload has an issue or is cleared to move forward
Vets-4212 Report
The Vets-4212 reporting deadline, September 30, will be here before you know it. In the event of an OFCCP audit you should expect to be asked to provide copies of your reports so be sure you save a copy when you finished submitting. Federal contractors are required to file Vets-4212 reports if they meet the requirements. All nonexempt Federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract or subcontract in the amount of $150,000 or more with any department or agency of the United States for the procurement of personal property or non-personal services are required to file. There is a new Vets-4212 Report Advisor to help companies with contracts or subcontracts determine if they are required to file this annual report.
